Condominiums
Enjoy the convenience of these marina and seaview condominiums all within a 5 minute walk of the dive shop. Our condos and villas are individually owned and are furnished as your home away from home, so there is very little you need to bring. All feature full kitchens, dining and living areas, terrace or balcony, as well as multiple pools. We have upscale and budget accommodations; casual, as well as luxurious properties all around Puerto Aventuras. Whatever your budget, we can accommodate your needs and lifestyle. Your condo stay includes maid service twice weekly but additional visits can be arranged. Just at the entrance of the Puerto Aventuras community is the Chedraui supermarket where you will find regional specialty foods as well as many familiar products to stock your condoâs kitchen.

- SMALL GROUPS. We keep our groups small with a max of 5 divers per guide so you have plenty of attention from our staff. We donât like to dive on cattle boats so we donât want you to either!

- MARINA. Our boats are in a terrific marina. No loading gear off the beach.

- SHORT BOAT RIDES. Most of our sites are less than a 10 minute boat ride out of the marina

- EDUCATION. We are dedicated to proper scuba training. No shortcuts from us. We want you to have fun and learn to be a competent, confident diver upon certification.

- CONCIERGE SERVICE. We transport your gear to the boats for diving and bring it back to the shop afterwards. We rinse it and store it for you too!
